I will be COMPLETELY redoing all my interior upholstery: main cabin and vberth.  I have two little dogs, one a puppyConfused. What would be a good and washable fabric? How can I protect the cushions?  Possibly slip covers? He is practically house broken but I don't want to take any chances.....

I know of no puppy proof fabric.  You could consider upholstering with one of the Nauga family products such as Nauga Soft or Majestic.  That would take care of the 'housebroken" issue, but like everything else, it is a bit vulnerable to claw marks.

Is nauga "waterproof" or stain proof? I worry the little creep will pee on the cushion and it will leave a stain/smell. UGHEmbarrassed

Nauga is waterproof and very stain resistant. In all cases it is best to clean the contamination soon after it occurs.
Thanks, Matt
