Hi, I'm looking for some needles that can be used in a Union Special Machine - Columbia Model 430-2. Needle 29-C440.

I've searched the web with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

is there another needle that can be used in place of 29-C440?

Hi Matt, We ordered some of the requested needles, Couldn't tell you which I purchased but I was told that the eye of the needle was small or would cut the tread. Can you advise which # DBx-1 needles to avoid this issue.

The needle size should be matched to the thread size and the fabric being sewn.
