Generally PTFE thread is easy to tension. Can you tell me what brand and size you are using? You might try a #20 needle to see if it helps.

I have asailrite 111 with the with the servomotor

I am starting my Bimini project and sewing the binding on to the pockets and using sunbrella fabric with PTFE thread have both tension knobs on machine as tight as they go
the undersurface knots are barely buried

I'm using number 18gauge round needle

Is there anything else I can do to help get my Knotts buried better
