This will be a frozen Needle Displacement Regulator Assembly. It is item W003Z. You can order one of these at sailrite.com. Contact mattb@sailrite.com if you want a video to install it.

I purchased a used LSZ-1. Just trying to get the hang of it but appears as if the machine is stuck in zig zag. I set stitch width to 0 and when I sew I still gat a zig zag. What am I doing wrong?
