I bought a yard of the Thermozite insulation to make some insulation for my camping hammock. It is a totally enclosed hammock and very comfortable. But cold! The Thermozite is just the ticket to keep my warm camping. I cut it in half, giving 2 24X36 pieces, and I sewed it together to give a 24X60 piece. I want to put some binding around the edge to finish it a bit nicer. I have a 1" binder on my LSZ1 but the material is to thick to fit through the binder. Any suggestions on putting binding on this thick material?

BTW this stuff is great in a hammock, I posted on a hammock forum that this stuff it really good hammock insulation.

Hi, We have created a new binder 1 1/4" just for such applications where the material is very thick. You would then need to use 1.25" wide binding.
