I'm not sure if this is an appropriate venue for this topic, but what the heck.

I just bought a used spinnaker for a song, reason being that it is badly stained.  Looks (and smells) like motor oil.  I believe most spinnakers are nylon, not dacron.  Does anyone have any helpful hints on how to remove motor oil stains from nylon?
