Made a long curved cushion w/sunbrella and have a slight pucker on the curve. Ant suggestions on a solution?

Hi Wayne,
The puckering should go away over time as the cushion is used. But for the future make sure you are using a V-69 thread and a #18 needle. Then adjust tension so the knot is just visible on the bottom side of the sewn area. Also the use of staples or even 1/4" basting tape for canvas to hold things together prior to sewing can really be helpful. Best Regards, Matt Grant Sailrite |
