What are the rules and with whom does one create a sail number for a boat. Can one use letters as well as numbers for a sail number. Jack

You would use 18" numbers for your boat and you can use any number. If you race in a local fleet you would select a number unique to the group but if not you can choose any number. The letters should be used for the country. Jeff
