Is there a right side & a wrong side to the soft sunbrella fabric?

I have 25 cushion to make and I don't want to sew on the wrong side. Thanks

If you are referring to the indoor/outdoor Sunbrella (furniture fabric) then it depends upon the pattern and style. If it is a solid color there is no right or wrong side. On most patterns the vibrant colored side is the outside. If you have a pattern number I can look it up and comment on the material you have.

By the way, The Sunbrella exterior (marine / awning grade) does not have a right or wrong side.

Sunbrella Plus does have two sides. The coated side (the one with a shine to it) should be away from the sun.

Seamark is Sunbrella with a vinyl coating on one side (completely waterproof). The vinyl should be away from the sun.

Thanks, Matt Grant

When in doubt, Dove, always use the side of the material that is "inside" as it comes off the roll as the "outside" surface. I believe that the material you are using is probably the same on both sides but Matt can look it up properly. Since my retirement I do not have ready access to the fabric sample books.
