Hello all

I'm looking at a vinyl fabric called Allsport Vinyl, which claims "4-way" stretch.  This would be length, width, and bias,  both ways, - I guess.  

Has anyone ever used this stuff?

How much does a 1 foot piece stretch?  1 inch - - 3 inches ??

It is a little more expensive than regular vinyl fabrics, but would be perfect for my application - the back of a sailing harness.

Any comments would be welcome.
