Using Sunbrella.

Some one told me if you make one in the summer that it will shrink in the winter and pull off the snaps it will have clear for windows.

That sounds like BS to me but I thought I would check with people that know more than I do?
The only dumb question is the one not asked.

Poor quality clear vinyl can shrink and cause issue with snaps seasonally. But if you use a good quality clear vinyl this will be of no concern.
