In this extreme heat I was wondering how to protect (and keep sun out of) my newly made Dodger's Isenglas (or do I need to?). I was thinking of using the same marine grade canvas i used to make the dodger to cover the 'glas' and fasten it with snaps or those twist snaps. Then I saw Sunbrella view and wondered if it would protect and give us a view. We are not using the cockpit yet, still refitting so this is for protection only. Thanks

Either way would work fine. The best protection would be the standard marine grade product but you are correct that View would allow for some visibility out where the standard Sunbrella would not.
Thanks, Matt
