Hi All,
I am in the process of figuring out what would be the best material to use to stiffen or add support to the bottom of the panels. It will be sandwiched between the inside and outside layer of sunbrella.  This area will also be where the snaps are located.

The clear vinyl works great to stiffen the bottom of the panels. Just run it all the way down and put the Sunbrella over the top to create a sandwiched aseembly. It is great for snap reinforcement as well.
Best Regards,
