Okay, I must be dense, because even with the Cushion DVD, I'm just not getting this!
Say I have several cushions that fit together, like in a V-berth. When cutting new foam, should the foam fit together and fit in the space exactly, with no gaps between?  OR... should the foam be cut 1/2" all around larger than that?  I know the foam needs to be compressed when put in the fabric covers, but I don't know where to start.  I don't want gaps between, but I also don't want the edges popping up because the cushions are too big.

Some excellent tips and shortcuts in that DVD, though.  Highly recommend!
