The latch came apart on the bobbin case. Can it be reassembled or do I need to purchase a new one? I have the LSZ-1. Both tab and piece underneath came apart.

If you have the spring too it can be reassembled. If my memory serves me well you simply put the latch in at an angle and turn it to lock it in over top the spring. If you don’t have the spring you will need a new bobbin case.

Rummaged around and did find the spring. Thanks - problem solved, but I should get a spare!
