Hi got a problem with sewing binding. it seems when I try to sew the binding to one layer of fabric, the pressure foot seems to have a hard time pulling the binding through the binder, the top stitches look ok, the bottom is a mess, this also happens when trying to sew without the binder.
I carried out the tension adjustments as per Sailrights instructions, I can sew one, two, up to six layers of sunbrella with no issues.
I notice that the middle portion of the pressure foot is barely moving up. the rod movement seems odd to me.
I'm using V92 thread with a new #20 needle.
Would appreciate any help.
I'll try to upload a video.
Cheers
Tom
