I have a laminate sail that had adhesive backed Dacron UV stripes on.< id="pageBrightnessCustom">body{zoom:163%!important;}
The UV stripes have been taken off but there is some "tackiness" still remaining on the laminate. What can I use to remove this sticky residue from the laminate? Thanks, sam :-) |

3M Adhesive Remover or Goo Gone will work well.

I realize this is late reply to an old post but if you just need to kill the stickiness, using talcum powder is a quick and easy way to do it. Works well for removed insignias, sail numbers, draft stripes etc.
